POWDER DISPENSING

Description: This machine dispenses a fine plastic powder into the
cavities of a mold plate. It consists of a pneumatic press, a vacuum control system, and a unique automatic ratcheting mechanism that produces extremely slow and consistent linear motion. This machine is capable of producing a wide variety of product sizes and shapes through the use of different types of mold plates. All process variables are configurable through the operator interface located on the front of the machine.
