INSPECTION SYSTEMS

Automation GT has manufactured many systems for component inspection. These inspection machines have been built for use in the medical and aerospace industries.

Examples of parts we inspected are nebulizers, dental parts, molds, implants and fasteners. The inspections performed are dimensional inspections using high resolution optical micrometers with a sub-Micron resolution. Dimensional inspections include diameters, run-out, concentricity, shoulders, edges, angles, radiuses, flats and full threads inspections.
