All products are shipped with complete documentation and all that is required to ensure immediate and ongoing control and compliance.Documentation
Automation GT provides detailed documentation for all custom systems, the documentation package is sufficient to meet validated clients compliance needs. Printed documentation is provided in duplicate and electronic copies are provided on CD and available on line through the customer portal. Documentation pack typically includes the following:
- Project Specifications
- Operating Manuals with Troubleshooting Guide
- Mechanical Engineering documentation (including drawings, detail BOM and vendor part list)
- Software Development Plan, Software Configuration Management Plan, Software Requirement Specifications, Software Design Document and Software Functional test
- Acceptance Forms for Mechanical Design Review, Electrical Design Review and Mechanical Release to Fabrication Review
- Recommended Spare Part List with Vendor Part Number
- OEM Manuals
Validation and Testing
Following machine manufacture Automation GT run rigorous Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) in our facility prior to the machine being delivered to the customer. We then work with the customer to conduct Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) until the machine is successfully in Production.
Automation GT is then present for the customers Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ)
Training
All products include official training at the customer facility for both system operators and maintenance technicians. All operations and maintenance procedures will be covered during the training provided.
