Automation GT has manufactured many assembly, inspection and marking
systems using mechanical indexing dials as a design base. The
assembly machines using indexing dials we build have been used
mostly in the medical Industry, but also in the aerospace and
agriculture industry.

Examples
of parts we build our machines using indexing dials are optical
lenses, dental parts, surgical tools, syringes, security cards,
aerospace fasteners and gear boxes.
Processes we have integrated are adhesive applying and dispensing,
laser marking, sand blasting pressing, swaging, controlled force
insertion, ultrasonic welding, pad printing, ink curing, silicone
dispensing and spraying, ionizing, electrical testing, vision
inspection, ink jet printing, pressing.
