Automation GT has manufactured many assembly machines over the
years. Indexing dials, linear indexing, pallet systems, conveyors
and other means have all been used as a design base. Most assembly
machines we build are mounted on a stand-alone welded frames,
with some being cost-effective table-top designs.
A majority of these general assembly machines we build are used
in the medical, electrical component and agriculture industries.

Examples
of parts we have built our systems for are catheters, nebulizers,
lenses, dental parts, surgical tools, implants, sensors, connectors
and gear boxes.
Some of the assembly processes we have incorporated into our systems
are laser bonding, adhesive applying and dispensing, pressing,
swedging, controlled force insertion, ultrasonic welding, solder
paste dispensing, heating, ink jet printing, trimming and forming.
